The Engraved Indigenous American Nickel with Sapphire 14k Gold Pendant is a one of a kind. I hand engraved the nickel myself. I gave the Indigenous American a feather headdress with a blue sapphire accent. I respect and fully admire the culture of the Indigenous Americans and feel sadness in how we brutally colonized this country. I love the way the Indigenous Americans lived in harmony with Mother Nature and its creatures. I often think about how this country would look if we had adopted their methods instead of forcing outside cultures on the Indigenous tribes. I feel our planet would be in a healthier and cleaner state as would it's people.
The back of the nickel is open and you can see the buffalo with a 1.5mm frame of 14k gold. The pendant has a bail that fits most chains up to 6mm in diameter
