The Red Oregon Sunstone and Catseye Alexandrite 14k Gold Necklace is a one of a kind. I mined the Sunstone 2 summers ago at the Dust Devil Mine. This was one of the nicer pieces as it has more of the red color palette which are more rare. I hand polished and drilled the pendant. I kept some of the natural rough texture and faceted the rest of the stone. It's beautiful from every angel and can be worn either way. The Red Oregon Sunstone pendant is 18mm tall x 15mm wide x 9mm thick without the bail. The necklace is 17 inches long with 46 Cat's Eye Alexandrite faceted rondelle beads gradiated along the chain. This one of a kind heirloom necklace weighs 3.94 total grams.
